Direction:
Dissolve 1-2 cups bath salts into warm bath (approximately 95 degrees F). Soak for 20-30 minutes. Wash off salts with warm water.
For localized relief (hands, feet, elbows): fill nonmetallic container with 1 table spoon bath salts and warm water and soak affected area for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off salts with warm water.
For psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, a higher concentration of Dead Sea Mineral Bath Salts may be desired.
